American Hypocritical

The American government loves the fact that they think they own the world. When we went invaded Iraq it was supposedly justified because of the fact we had been attacked. It was terrorism the government said. We did what the hell we wanted and told the world to get behind us or get out of the way.
Now Russia has invaded Georgia and the US among other countries are shocked. Russia attacked Georgia because Georgia attacked a region that lean more toward Russian influence. Doesn’t this sound a little bit familiar? Sounds like what we did (invaded Iraq). Now I know this isn’t exactly the same thing but COME ON. The US invaded a country because we were attacked and Russia did the same thing because they felt they were attacked. Yes, Russia has taken it a little too far, I agree with that but we did to. We were attacked so we totally destroyed the other country. Russia has done the same thing.
Who are we to say that what Russia did is wrong? We did the same thing and got away with it. We are still there! How can the US criticize Russia for staying there and not removing troops right away while we are doing the same in another country?
Maybe instead of condemning other countries for things that we are also doing; we need to lead be example. That’s like doing something and then when someone else does, it’s totally wrong. Does that make much sense? The US needs to get their head out of their ass and lead by example not by hollow promises. GOOD DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
